A collaborative project with an Amsterdam based art unit Steinbeisser

Food events  ”The Experimental Gastronomy” held at Lloyd Hotel in Amsterdam. At the dinner we served the food and drinks which were entirely plant-based (vegan) and sourced from local organic and biodynamic (Demeter) producers. At the dinner the guests ate food with my unique cutlery. These events celebrate experimentation and the search for new ways to enjoy food.
